My assignment to this project started as a developer, but due to the complexity, my role soon expanded to being part of the Architecture team.
After a few months, I was asked to take over the lead development role for all onsite developers as well as providing a liason to the offsite product developers.
My main tasks included estimating development efforts, leading the developers, coordinating with the test team and developing backend workflows.
Additional tasks included communication with stakeholders, implementing a change management processes.and optimising database processes.
